Junior Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant
We are currently recruiting a Junior Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant. You will be working in one of Somerset Wests prestigious office locations with a young and vibrant team.
Your daily tasks would include:
- Expense Reports, Budgets, Payroll
- Weekly and Monthly Reporting (financial statements)
- Daily bookkeeping duties
- Capturing of invoices and payments
- Post debits and credit
- Office administration incl Procurement, filing, minutes
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric
- Bookkeeping / Accounting Qualification (diplomas and certificates accepted)
Minimum Experience
- At least 2 years as a bookkeeper / junior accountant or accounting controller
- Knowledge of online accounting system
