Founded by Farah Parker who specializes in the field along with a group of experienced strategic business developers. Azure Group is responsible for creating strategies for businesses that have enabled them to reach new levels of success that they would not have been able to attain by themselves. By analyzing various factors we are able to construct a comprehensive, forward-thinking strategy that enables businesses to achieve their desired results. Many times this involves finding and exploiting a niche in the market place, restructuring a business, capitalizing on operations and Human Capital, and sometimes reconditioning the entrepreneurs mindset. This all-female, powerhouse team, spearheaded by founder, Farah Parker, has a combined 35 years of experience in their respective fields. Ranging from expert travel and tourism knowledge to sales and marketing, operations and business processes through to accounting and technology.
Farah specialises in Business Model innovation. A proud alumnus of the University of Liverpool, she has an MBA and majored in Business Model Innovation and Business Leadership. Her degrees in Psychology, experience in Change Dynamics and Strategic leadership, has proven to be the driving force behind many organisations’ success. She has over 15 years of traditional Sales and Marketing experience, complimented by her Online Sales and Marketing studies with the University of Cape Town.
Co- Founder of Onyx Group Holdings and their wholly owned subsidiaries, Farah spearheaded the organisation from 5 staff members to a compliment of close to 270. Turning over 100's of millions per annum.
She commands a leadership style that is objective driven and results in immediate tangible, strategic change within any business. Her love for travel is only superseded by her love for people and business.
As the Head of the Product department for the Azure Group, Theresa is responsible for negotiating and forming partnerships with global professional brands, DMC's and operators locally and internationally. Spanning a career over 20 years, Theresa has worked in many facets of the travel industry, including agencies involved with MICE, tour operation and wholesale. She understands that relationships are a key driving force; relationships between suppliers as well as clients. Theresa holds a Diploma in Travel and Tourism, accreditation to global distribution systems such as Amadeus and Galileo and various travel and tourism certificates achieved during her career.
With 11 years of experience in marketing and sales Tazkia has developed numerous marketing teams, with varying strategies. She is one of the strongest leaders in her field. She holds a Leadership diploma with an Advanced Operations Management Certificate obtained from UCT.
Tazkia's greatest skills lie in maximizing company profits, value for service and creativity.
She is people orientated keeping the focus on getting the best people and providing them with the best skills. Tazkia creates employment for the youth and she is trained to grow and develop key staff.
